I LOST MY SWAGGGA!!!

have you ever feel like you lost ur skills? i have! i know i havent been getting on much but still i shouldnt be that noobish! i've been playing quake 3 for 5 years! well today i was playing against a random noob and i lost.... he had no sound while i had sound.. i know.. pretty sad.... i feel like i cant play good no more.. i feel noobish.. im also frustrated at the moment with my family issues along with my girlfriend. Im getting really mad sometimes.. im in the habit of rushing sometimes when i know i shouldnt and still i do it even without noticing.... i sometimes feel like i cant play q3 for shit no more. I get mad then i rush all the time and fall for it. Then i get even more mad! i guess i just cant play q3 no more. or maybe im not tryin and being foolish. i dont know... i tried out all sorts of cfgs from every good player out there. And i finally learned that.. its not the cfg.. its how the way you play... and for some reason.. i cant find out how the way i like to play. There are so many times i quit q3 but i always usually come back some how... so there's no point of quiting when i know im gonna start playin again... So... im just putting this out there if anybody have this situation before and dealt with it let me know. im pretty sure half of you guys know what im talkin about. ARRGGHHHHH IM SO FUCKIN PISSED OFFF!!! yea.. just puttin this out there. Im losing my cool here!

don't worry para i think this happen to most of us we have our pro days and bad days personally i got pro weeks and weeks that i suck really bad so yeah happens

YOU GOTTA PLAY AT LEAST EVERYDAY BRO..I DID AND I GOT BETTER, AND FOR SCRIM I LEARNED EVERYEONE'S WAY OF PLAYING AND ADAPTED TO IT

jus chill bro shit happens some people jus have off days and this jus may have been one of yours, and gettin pissed aint gonna help u any, im jus like fuck it. and dont try other peoples shit come up wit your own, jus try diff things out till u find wat u like. an like i said even if u get ur ass handed to u dont sweat it bro u always got to remember this is jus a game jus have fun and every thing else will jus come to u, trust me

the best thing i always find is to just go do something else
and come back and play quake later usually works for me.
